Earlier; Ministry Counselor in the Ministry of Transport and Deputy Director in the Department for Infrastructure Financing and European Funds of the Ministry of Infrastructure. Responsible for Cohesion Fund, TEN-T and PPP in the transport sector. Since 1997 in governmental administration; director of several privatisation projects mainly in the energy and construction sectors, member and president of several supervising boards. In 80’s and 90’s manager in foreign joint ventures in Poland.
