Līga Neilande

Ms. Līga Neilande has been project manager, Public sector development department and Public and private partnership division for state agency Latvian Investment and Development Agency since 2006. Prior to current position, she was senior expert in Legal department, legal provision division on Ministry of Economics. Ms. Neilande has been member of working group for formulation of concession awarding conditions of National polyfunctional cyclotron centre (2007), member of managing group of project “Reconstruction of direct heating supply system of Jēkabpils city” (2006), member of managing group of project “New preschool education institution construction in Cēsis town”(2006) and she was part of public and private partnership law development working groups (2006 - 2007).
