Inta Lipovska

Ministry of Economics, Latvia, Head of PPP Division

In her current position as a Head of the PPP division of the Monistry of Economics, Ms. Lipovska is responsible for the elaboration of proposals for improvement of the legal and methodological base of PPP; identification potential PPP projects, co-ordinating the activities of state, local government and private sector in the area of PPP (co-author of new draft Latvian PPP law). She also participates in PPP project steering groups and facilitates developing guidelines on PPP processes. Along with that she also co-operates with Latvian, EU and other international and foreign bodies on PPP policy issues.
