Innokenty Ivanov

Mr. Innokenty Ivanov is a graduate of Moscow State Law Academy and received a Doctorate in law from the Institute of State and Law at the Russian Academy of Sciences. He also holds an LLM degree from Johann Wolfgang Goethe Universität, Frankfurt am Main. Innokenty joined the firm in 1994. He specialises in corporate law (including M&A), project finance and, in particular infrastructure development on the basis of public-private partnerships. He has been involved in structuring and implementation of most of the significant infrastructure projects in Russia, including transport infrastructure, public utilities, energy infrastructure and other sectors. He also has considerable experience of advising clients on securities market regulation, corporate governance, in particular on directors’ and officers’ liability, and regulatory and antimonopoly issues.
